In the context of global digital transformation and the construction of smart cities, the rapid development of Internet of Things (IoT) technology has become a key factor in enhancing quality of life and promoting social and economic sustainability. The interaction and integration of the Internet of Things (IoT) and smart life not only drive technological innovation across various industries but also bring significant convenience and improvements to residents' daily lives.

2026 The 1st International Conference on Internet of Things and Smart Life (IoT-Life 2026) will be held in Japan from January 7 to 9, 2026, hosted by Waseda University. The conference will gather experts from academia, industry, and policy makers to discuss the latest research advancements and application cases of IoT technology in areas such as smart homes, smart cities, health monitoring, environmental monitoring, intelligent transportation, and industrial automation. All papers will be reviewed by two or three expert reviewers from the conference committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings, and submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.
